C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S
MLH Studio VOCAL students have been having GREAT success this year.
Aidan S. was a member of the 2019 National Honor Choir that performed at the National Association of Music Educators conference in Orlando Florida.
He also was one of five finalists in his first National Association of Teachers of Singing Musical Theater Audition.
He played Judas in Godspell, the Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors and performed in numerous plays with the Northern Stage Youth Ensemble.
He sang with the NH All-State choir last year and was selected to join them AGAIN this year.
Eden Anne B. was selected for the NH All-State Girls Choir, was in Little Shop of Horrors, Two Gentlemen of Verona and is in the Northern Stage Youth Ensemble Theater. She also is an apprentice at the New London Barn.
Natalie is performing on stage at the Lebanon Opera House with The Christmas Revels. her dad is the “bad guy”. She also participated in the Celtic Masterclass at Seven Stars Arts Center with Lyla Eve and Cailin.
Shea H. is on stage with Rei H. this winter for the Northern Stage Production of The Sound of Music. Shea is Marta and Rei is Gretel. This will be an amazing chance for them to be in a double cast production that performs over 20 times.

MLH Studio VOCAL is the private studio of Megan Helm in
White River Junction, Vermont.
Megan Helm is a professional singer, writer and teacher living in Vermont. A transplant from Kansas and Missouri, she has performed around the country and in France and Israel with world renowned conductors Simon Carrington and Andre De Quadros.
A retired founding member of the social justice chorus, Voices 21c, Megan designed their website, lent her voice to the awesome alto section and provided snacks on occasion.
She currently performs with the Vermont Chamber Artists under the direction of Jessica Pierpont and is a chorister and soloist for hire.
Megan is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, the American Choral Directors Association and the National Association for Music Education. She has a Highly Qualified Music Pre-K through 12th grade license from the Vermont Board of Education and has taught in public and private school settings for over fifteen years.
Her studios are located on the second floor of the White River Junction Vermont train station and at Seven Stars Arts Center in Sharon, VT.
Her clients are people who respond to a wholistic approach to developing their voices for performance. The body is the instrument and the voice is the reed.
She specializes in the musical development of the vocal artist. She teaches audition preparation, ear training, sight singing, artistry and stays connected to the musical movers and shakers in the region.
